Neil is an influential bastard and I too believe that 7-11 switched things up in response to this ditty of his. His observance changed Habib-owned businesses forever.

I was wrong! It wasn't Arkansas, it was Oklahomo where I saw the anomalistic 7-11! : The only privately owned 7-11 stores are located in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma metropolitan area. These 100 stores are owned by the Brown Family, and carry a slightly different product selection than other 7-11 stores in the world. They do not serve hotdogs, or nachos but have their own bakery called Seventh Heaven, and have fresh baked donut and cookie/pastry rack in each store, while many other regional 7-11s will carry Dunkin' Donuts. Also, due to this agreement, they carry a similar product in lieu of the Slurpee, the Icy Drink. The one side effect to this being that national advertising campaigns and promotions (e.g. movie marketing tie-ins) cannot be used. So Neil was right after all. 7-11's (with the exception of the 100 stores in the Oklahoma metropolitan area owned and operated by the Brown family) ARE all the same!

Perhaps the Brown family has something to do with the 7-11's in Japan and Hong Kong that I've seen, where they have tofu and eggs sitting out on the counter in some sort of brown water.

Today , i was inside the World's Largest 7-11 store. i don't know if it have that Title, but this One was definitely Bigger than the others,. there was all the same product, however, and same amount of product, but there was more space between the aisles, very sprawling, and spacious in there. this was next door to "World's Largest Gift Shop" so maybe that had something to do with It.
