I used to work there and have the recipe, me and Juan (cook at Di Presa's 1998-2004) are thinking of making it and freezing it to sell in supermarkets locally if there is any interest; does any one know how to start up a frozen food business or have any money to invest?

Every time I listen to the new album, I get hungry for that ravioli-style pizza. Maybe Neil can start a frozen pizza line?

Manstruate & Carmen, A block from the LaundroMat I work in there is a building that is up for rent , I think it would be a great idea to start a frozen pizza buiness there and may be get Neil to lend his name to the product, now that the New york Times reviewed Neil's new album, there would be a lot of interest for a Di Presa's Ravioli pizza, we just need to get investers, and learn how to run a frozen pizza business but it can't be that hard, i'm a pretty good cook,if Carmen and Juan wanted to move to Mesa and share there recipes and maybe some others from this board (This is a Computer?) wanted to get involved we could really make this work!!! And we already have security Guards that would work for Free!!! (Bananas and Marlon!!!!) Does any one still in touch with Art huckman? I know that He and Neil don't all ways see eye to Eye but he knows some thing about business. Or I could take a course at MCC again, they might have something, this could be VERY exciting so Let's Brainstorm!!!!! ;D

[shadow=black,left,300]this is the best idea ever! We could maybe even get put Neil's picture on the pizza box! Think of all th e cash rolling in! (And Boni, I have worked at a Domino's before so I know the busness inside and out,. I know ho to do the toppings and work the ovens, make boxes, store the cold doguh, and a vaerity of other things we are going to need to know to do this Busniess. Please find out Boni, about the rent cost of the place down by the laudrymat. I'l start putting away some money, organize garage sale, whatevr we need to do. This could put us right up at the top with Totino's and Tombstone. We're going to need to iron out allot of the details so I sugest we all meet here tonight for a business meeting. Whenever is a good time for eveyone, we need to get this organize. [/shadow]

P.s. The cost to rent the buildng is $1400/month, which sound like a lot to me, but it's a big buliding, so maybe we could rent out some of the spare rooms as "storage lockers" for the public?
Also today a guy down the street was selling a big bag of plastic forks at his garage sale, there were probably 400 forks in the bag, so I bought it ($6!) thinking these could come in handly, what if we included a fork in with the pizza ? May be that would help set us apart from the comeiption. We should assign tasks, like finding a supplyer for cardboard circles, and cheese, and flour, JUAN AND CARMEN PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH BONI JERGEN OR THISISACOMPUTER AT ONCE WE NEED YOUR ADVICE DESPERTELY.

[shadow=black,left,300]Hmm Boni I'm not sure if I could drive to Arizona an stil be on time for the meeting, my car is been having lots of problems lately, it over heats alot and the breaks are making a loud squeking noise, plus I have to get it inspected, which is curetnly out of the question because the blinkers bulbs are busted out(THANK YOU to the asshole Nieghboers kids ) So I'm wondering what to do here. Maybe if we had a computer camera that could make it easer? Does anybody have a computer camera or know what we can do? Good going on the forks, Boni, thats a great invesment keep up the good work. We will figure out something.[/shadow]

That's funny that you couldn't make it from a broken car, and here I have a broken phone! If there wernt TWO KINDS of LUCK, we wouldn't have ANY!!!!
Well OK, no one showed up at Fiesta Mall that morning, but it's OK because I needed to buy some pins any way.
So our Next step is probably to get a logo desinged. May be would could use the old Di Presa's logo. So that step is done. We need to hear from JUAN and CARMEN about this as asap. Because Juan is the only one that know how to make the Ravioli Pizza.
Another thing we should be doing is watching Frozen pizza ads and taking notes. THISISACOMPUTER since your car is broken may be you could do that? Since you can't go any where. For now.
Also some one should go the super Market and take notes on PRICES for frozen pizza. This would be a "Specialty" pizza, since i Never saw one like this before. So we could probably charge 25 to 50 cent more (?) Juan...Carmen...get in Touch with us please so we can move for ward.
If any one knows any celeb rities that could invest money, please tell them. Chrisina Ricci was at one of Neil's shows a couple years ago, may be she would like to invest in this business? It could be a Gold mine, if they all put in hard enough work, Dreams do come true, if you believe in them, and work hard at them,
Juan or Carmen get in touch with Manstruate, THisisacmputer, or Boni Jergen as soon as you can!!! We're serious to make the pizzas and make it into the Major store.

If you want a real money maker, you should start developing pizzas with no vegetables on them. Vegetables just take up space that could be used for more meat, cheese and sauce.

[shadow=black,left,300]I just got back from walking 12 miles to the Kroger all the way down Camp Bowie because they have all the top brand frozen pizzea there and Sav-a-lot only has there own Sav-a-lot kind (not that bad). I got to see a girl getting arested. Since we need to focus on getting a jump on the competiors, I went to make a list of all the pizza there, which incleudes: CALIFONIA PIZZA KITCHEN FRESHCETTHA DEGERNIO SOUTH BEACH DIET (yuck) TOMBSTONE BLUE MOON RED BARON TONY'S and TOTION"Os and the regular KROGER's own brand as well. Now imageine if DIPRESA'S RAVIOLI pizza is there with, selling MORE. Boni, did you take any class for econmics and cost? I'll see what the other company's income levels were at last year. This figure will help us know what to charge for it and how much we will earn!!! ($$$$ ) And I' ve been watching TV to sice I got home but I don't see any pizza comerciails yet, and I'm afraid if I change the channel I will miss one. Juan and Carmen, this is a CHANCE OF A LIFETIME please come forwad with the recipees. Boni, I found some round cook wear that was still in my grand mother's stove, that may be the right size. They have been in there for 4 years but I mesured them and they are 8 inches across. This is getting exciteing! ;D ;D [/shadow]

THISISACOMPUTER< thank you for Your research; who says you need to pay "Madison Avenue" ad agencys to find out what America is wants!!!
That list of competitiors could come in handy, we need to know what they are doing, maybe check back in 2 weeks at the same store and see if any of them have gone out of business. That would open up shelf space. Also I would suggest you set up a Meeting with the manager of the store. (Dress sharply). We could see what sort of order he would place and then gear production towards that as the Average order from that size store/demo graphic. (Yes I took a econimic class, but it was 20 Years ago! I'm sorry to say, but I remeber some of it.)
I went to the Salvation army today and they were selling a video camera, do you think we should buyy that to make a "rough" draft for our first TV ad? I was thinking Neil could be in it (of course) but also some sort of scene of the Rocky mountains, because I think people get hungry when they think about starving to death like the Donner party (sublminial adds have NOT been made illegal like a lot of people believe) and then they sub conssiously want something with a lot of FLAVOR like Di Presa's Great Ravioli Pizza (original)
Who here could get in touch with the Copy Right Office in Washington D.C. and reserve the name "Di Presa's Original Famous Ravoili Pizza" ? Neil is playing there in a couple of weeks, if any one is going to the Neil hamburger show in St Louis please ASK HIM to go to the Libray of Congress (if he has time) and Secure our copy right!!!!!!!!!
Though he could be busy.
My brother-in-law is a mechanic I think he could help build the pizza-making engine that we would need, we can't do this all by hand. CARMEN AND JUAN THIS IS NO JOKE, pLEASE CALL BONI OR THISISA - CALL COLLECT - We need to talk - It's true what THISISA COMPUER SAID, this is a chance of a life time, I have been waiting for this FOR EVER, I would gladly devote myh WHOLE LIFE to this, we could all BE MILLIONARES (including Neil) if we jump on this before Tomb -STone Pizza come out with their own Ravioili pizza, people STEAL ideas all the time (attn: STeven Spielberg!!!) so we have to act quick.
Any investors?? out there, we need to set up an Office as soon we can.
JUAN and CARMEN we are still waiting.
