First of all, Neil's comedy career IS "Plan B," since the whole male model/astronaut plan didn't work out!

"Plan C" won't be needed, as Neil is currently America's fastest-rising young comedian, BUT he's already demonstrated that he is the top US Country Singer!

Neil has a Character wherein he is Mean, but really he is only a sweet peach inside, he is only rourgh on the out side, because he had such hard knock's, in his Life. He could have a l,ot of Emotional Depth, to bring to the Silver Screen. Neil deserve to be on a bigger screen than Fox News , he should be a Star.
