Hey Joe, ...I read the reviews of your stand-up and frankly was preparing for the worst...but that wasn't too bad at all. Gave it a couple of looks. ...have you ever snaked a toilet ? etc ...I laughed. ...and you certainly have the timing. ...and the plumber 'character' is a good idea. Keep at it and best wishes. HOWEVER, did you have to go and remind me of my late father's fore-skin ? May he and his fore-skin rest in peace.

I don't want to give away Neil Hamburger's punchlines...but there was one joke the other night that I don't think I understand and it's doing my head in. (if I've got it right) ... WHAT is WORSE than 9/11 ? ...3/11 By the way, I think the biggest laugh of the night was for the joke that ends with ..."Nickleback".

311 is a punk-rock group. The only other time I heard him do that joke was at the NOFX / Bad Religion show in Sydney. Most of that crowd would have known who 311 was.
I'm surprised he brought it out at the Toff in Town, because I imagine few people would have got the joke.

Hi there (Acadamy Award nominated actress) SallyField, Thank you for the information. That is funny...I mean, it's certainly not a ringing endorsement of 311...to think that a concert by them could leave a worse blot on history than the attacks on The World Trade Centre etc !! Maybe there should be a book after 311's next concert "America Remembers" or something, with an essay on life post-311. When I saw comedian Eddie Izzard (soon after 9/11) ...he made the joke..."Hang on, isn't that the 9th of November ?" ...it was funny, since it was so soon after. P.S. Sally Field, I don't appreciate what you did to my late father on his death-bed. We would like the secret to his 11 herbs and spices...AND his foreskin, BACK please (unless they are one and the same). Faithfully Sandersgirls
