Tonight along with my many people I watched American Idol . At the end of the show my family and I decided to vote by calling into the 866 number my wife used her cell which is Sprint after about 5 or 6 calls and all of them busy I picked up the house phone which is Time Warner. I called 5 or 6 times and got straight threw . So we called a friend that has Verizon and asked if she could get threw so she called the same number .
So in the period after the show here is the numbers I called on Time Warner phone service 210 times and got threw every time our friend with Verizon got threw 210 times neither one of us had a hold of any kind and we where all 3 calling the same number but, my wife called 210 times and only got threw 10 times. THATS right 10 times out of 210 on a Sprint line (cell).Some people might say that Sprint does not have much routing for 866 numbers I say to that is ... So your telling me that for the 2 hours after Idol no one on a Sprint cellular phone could get threw a 866 in all of the United States.? That would be a major outage!
The math is clear 200 of those votes for "that person" did not go threw and one or two things happened 1) They gave up 2) They voted for someone else. And how many people would you say use their cell to vote on Idol? I would say alot! if 100,000 missed 200 votes what 20 million? votes you think that could affect the out come?
Did not something like this happen last year with another cell company in the finals? Kind of swept under the rug...

when Sprint allow some crinimal ::)to OPEN ACOCOUNt in freinds name, using different DIFFERENT ADRESS!!!!, & Evertyhging. Then holds my freind "accountable" for therre mistake. And won't fix it. 
I thought it was pretty cool. it had a stove & everythihng!
