Doug here. I have been sent from the
Tech Help Now forums to
help the users here with their computer
problems.
Boni, I'm happy to help you with your
issues. Before we start, here are a few
things to keep in mind, that just make
things better, for everyone:
i) Please pay close attention to the
words I write. Any words in
boldshould be paid more attention to, like
I am shouting, but more softer.
ii) Please don't do
anything unless
I ask you to do it. Doing something may
exacerbate the problem, or interfere with
the solution. So please don't do it.
iii) Please remember to "like" all of my
posts if I have helped you solve your
problems. This invaluable feedback is why
I do this. It just makes everything I do
worthwhile.
Boni,
I need more information. It sounds
like you may have picked up some
malware, which is a little like
herpes, but
for the computer. Have you run a virus
scan, and if so, with what program?

In the meantime, please:
1) Download
RKill and
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware. Install MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.
2) Run
RKill. Be patient and allow
it to run. When it is finished, please
post the text of the log file it
generates.
3)
Do not shut down. Run
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.
Select "Perform quick scan" and then
click Scan. When it is finished, please
post the text of the log file it generates.
4) Again in
MalwareBytes
Anti-Malware, select "Perform full
scan" and then click Scan. When it is
finished, please post the text of the log
file it generates.
