:-/Espesialy the "Correction Institute Inmates" who advertise there self to get people to write them letter, probly because there lonly, in jail, and because they are mean in jail to them, and they need a "outlet" to let every body know that they stil have thoughts, and are good down "inside". But realy all it is is just to scam you into thinking they have a crime partenr when they get out again.
